AORUS to launch the first Xtreme RDNA2 graphics card
If you were wondering why has Gigabyte not released an XTREME model of the Radeon RX 6000 graphics card yet, then here is your answer. They are just about to do so.
AORUS Xtreme WaterForce WB is based on Radeon RX 6900 XT SKU, the flagship model from the RDNA2 series. This graphics card features a full custom board design with triple 8-pin power connectors. While the clock speeds are unknown yet, we expect this model to feature Navi 21 XTXH GPU, which is a pre-binned Navi 21 variant for the best performance available.
Gigabyte usually offers two AORUS WateForce models, this variant being the ‘WB’ one means that it features a preinstalled water block, not an All-in-One cooling design with a radiator. That said, this card requires an existing liquid cooling in the system, which obviously will increase the price of the installation. However, most users interested in such graphics cards probably already have the liquid loop ready.

The graphics card features a non-standard display output configuration of dual HDMI 2.1 and dual DisplayPort 1.4. There is no USB Type-C connector on this model. The water block itself is a bit thick, this forced Gigabyte to use a dual-slot I/O bracket instead of a single slot.
