Today, Apple has begun selling refurbished configurations of its recently released – with a roughly 15% discount compared to MSRP. This follows the addition of in Black and M4 Max/M3 Ultra Mac Studio earlier this week.

Apple Refurbished Macs are held to a very high quality standard, and more or less look brand new – minus the packaging. All essential components are replaced as part of Apples Refurb program. You even get the same 1 year warranty, and can choose to add AppleCare+ if you’d like.

Refurbished models start at $849, and are available in all four colors: Sky Blue, Starlight, Midnight, and Silver. Base configurations come with a 256GB SSD and 16GB of memory. 15-inch configurations currently are not available, though it’s likely they’ll be stocked imminently.

This is an alright deal, though it’s worth noting that Amazon currently sells the brand new for the same . Amazon also has the for .

That said, Apple Refurbished remains a great place to snatch a deal on higher end . For example, Apple offers the configuration of the for , which is a pretty great deal if you need those specs.
