The Google Keep Apple Watch app is no longer available

While Google released a , the company also got rid of Google Keep for Apple Watch.

of Google Keep removes the Apple Watch app. There are no changes to the iPhone or iPad experience, which still use the Google Material Theme in light of , Drive, and other apps getting updated.

The watchOS app has not seen any meaningful updates in years, with Google not even refreshing the app icon. , it did not have complications or add support for the latest platform features.

That being said, the app continued to work and perform the job of letting users quickly access notes on their wrist. This removal might be pretty disruptive for some users, like when shopping. It comes as watchOS 26 this fall adds a Notes app.

Google continues to offer Keep on Wear OS, while today’s Calendar release does reflect support for the platform from the same Google Workspace team.

Meanwhile, YouTube Music for watchOS has not seen a major update in quite some time. It’s just a remote controller for the phone client, and does not offer support for offline downloads. Meanwhile, Google Maps is a simple application that shows your current trip and travel times. the Wear OS client lets you search and browse from your wrist.
