Thermalright today introduced the Phantom Spirit 120 Digital premium air-type CPU cooler, available in two variants: the Phantom Spirit 120 Digital SNOW (white) and Phantom Spirit 120 Digital EVO (black). The cooler supports a 275 W TDP and is compatible with Intel LGA115X/1200/1700/1851 and AMD AM4/AM5 sockets. It features a dual fin-stack design with seven 6 mm-thick nickel-plated copper heatpipes making indirect contact with the CPU through a nickel-plated C1100 pure copper base, passing through two aluminium fin-stacks. The standout feature is the magnetically attached ARGB digital top cover that monitors processor temperature, processor load, graphics card temperature, and graphics card load information simultaneously. The digital connector supports both the motherboard 9-pin and USB port connections for data transmission.
Two TL-K12W fans are included in the package. Each fan measures 120 mm x 120 mm x 25 mm and features S-FDB V2 bearings. The fans operate at speeds up to 2,150 RPM, delivering up to 69 CFM of airflow at 2.87 mm H₂O static pressure, with a maximum noise output of 27 dBA. Both fans feature 4-pin PWM connectors and 3-pin 5 V ARGB connectors, with the four-sided inner frame providing additional ARGB lighting effects. With fans installed, the Phantom Spirit 120 Digital measures 125 mm x 135 mm x 160 mm (L x W x H). According to IT Home, the price is about US$49 (349 yuan) with a 3-year warranty; however, the exact store availability is yet unknown.
