MSI preparing GeForce RTX 5060/5070 Ti VENTUS BLACK GPU series

MSI is set to launch new RTX 50 series models in a darker design

MSI is set to launch three new graphics cards in RTX 50 series. Worth reminding that MSI has no Radeon GPUs, so alltheir efforts now go into NVIDIA offering. And indeed it does go there, the company already has nearly as many cards as RTX 40 sries (including all variants and even SUPER models), which is over 150 to be exact.

Based on our information MSI will launch Ventus Black series with RTX 5060 Ti, RTX 5070 and RTX 5070 Ti SKUs. So far we only know about OC variants, but if any company likes to spam non-OC models, that’s MSI. We cant be sure about the clocks, but since there are already white and orgiinal black/silver models available we can make a good guess:

  • MSI GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16GB VENTUS 2X OC BLACK: should be 2617 MHz GPU Boost (MSI Center)
  • MSI GeForce RTX 5070 12GB VENTUS 2X OC BLACK: should be 2557 MHz GPU Boost (MSI Center)
  • MSI GeForce RTX 5070 Ti 16GB VENTUS 3X OC BLACK : should be 2497 MHz GPU Boost (MSI Center)

The Ventus series is positioned below MSI’s Gaming Trio and SUPRIM lines. These cards usually ship with simpler coolers and more compact designs, making them suitable for standard builds that do not require oversized cases. None of these cards is thicker than three slots, but it should be noted that MSI is not offering anything higher than the 5070 Ti with the black Ventus design for now.

MSI has not confirmed these new cards yet, nor have they appeared at any retailer. Pricing is expected to be in line with current models.
