Known Issues

Intel Arc B-Series Graphics Products:

• Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Beta (DX12) may exhibit corruption on certain light sources. Adjust Shadow Quality to Normal or higher to avoid this issue.
• Visual corruptions may appear in some scenarios with multiple application interactions.
• Satisfactory (VK) may crash on launch; launching with the default DX12 API is recommended.
• World of Warcraft: Dragonflight may crash when switching Graphics API to DX11.
• PugetBench for DaVinci Resolve Studio may crash intermittently during benchmarking. Increase timeout slider to 1500 seconds or higher in PugetBench settings to allow tests to complete.

Intel Arc A-Series Graphics Products:

• Satisfactory (VK) may crash on launch; launching with the default DX12 API is recommended.
• Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 (DX12) may crash with Ray Tracing and XeSS enabled.
• World of Warcraft: Dragonflight may crash when switching Graphics API to DX11.
• PugetBench for DaVinci Resolve Studio may crash intermittently; increase timeout slider to 1500 seconds or higher in PugetBench settings.

Intel Core Ultra Series 1 (with built-in Arc GPUs):

• World of Warcraft: Dragonflight may crash when switching Graphics API to DX11.

Intel Core Ultra Series 2 (with built-in Arc GPUs):

• Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Beta (DX12) may exhibit corruption on certain light sources. Adjust Shadow Quality to Normal or higher.
• World of Warcraft: Dragonflight may crash when switching Graphics API to DX11.
• Topaz Video AI may show visual artifacts when using certain AI models.

ntel Graphics Software Known Issues:

• Resetting all settings in Windows 10 may cause an intermittent crash. Reset settings from individual pages instead.
• The application may crash once during the first rearrangement of metrics in the “select metrics” window.
