PowerColor launches Radeon RX 9070 XT Hellhound REVA Edition graphics card

PowerColor REVA released in China, Taiwan and Japan

Just as we reported, PowerColor appears to be focusing on the Asian market with the release of its new REVA graphics card series. In reality, it’s just one model for now, and it will go on sale today in China, Taiwan, and Japan.

As the name suggests, this graphics card is part of the Hellhound lineup, though the choice is somewhat unusual. For PowerColor, this could be a one-off project, and instead of launching an entirely new product line, the company decided to add a new sub-series. A similar approach was taken years ago when the Devil 13 series was folded into the existing Devil lineup.

PowerColor has now released its first character-themed graphics card, the Hellhound REVA Edition, based on the Radeon RX 9070 XT. The card features a black-and-white shroud with icy-blue lighting and comes with collectible accessories inspired by REVA, the brand’s new mascot.

The GPU includes 4096 stream processors and 16 GB of GDDR6 memory running at 20 Gbps. It supports dual BIOS with two modes, up to 3010 MHz boost clock in OC mode and 2970 MHz in Silent mode. Cooling is provided by three dual-ball-bearing fans, six nickel-plated heat pipes, and a copper base plate using Honeywell PTM7950 thermal material. The card measures 332 mm in length (346 mm with bracket) and requires two 8-pin power connectors with a recommended 800 W PSU.

Each REVA Edition package includes themed extras such as a magnetic backplate, mouse pad, stickers, pins, and an acrylic figurine.
