Lenovo intros Blade 7000P desktop with Ryzen 9 9955HX3D and Radeon RX 9070 XT option

Lenovo has launched the 2025 Blade 7000P, a MoDT (Mobile on Desktop) gaming PC based on the AMD FL1 platform. The system can be configured with either the Ryzen 9 9955HX3D or Ryzen 9 8945HX processors. Both are high-end mobile chips from the highest HX series normally locked to 55W TDP. However, since these are desktop-class SKUs (literally desktop CPUs on mobile packages), companies like Lenovo can boost the TDP by a large margin. They confirm to be running these up to 162W.
The Blade 7000P uses Lenovo’s new cooling system, featuring direct chip contact, phase-change thermal grease, and a four-heatpipe air cooler. A mesh front panel and rear fan provide direct airflow and hot air exhaust.
It includes an M-ATX motherboard with a 6+2+1 phase power design, heatsink armor for the VRM and M.2 slots, and support for two M.2 SSDs and two SATA drives. The base configuration ships with 32 GB of DDR5-5600 memory, a 1 TB PCIe 4.0 SSD, and an 850 W Gold-rated power supply.

The Ryzen 9 9955HX3D model is paired with either a GeForce RTX 5070 Ti 16 GB or a Radeon RX 9070 XT 16 GB. Prices are 15,999 CNY and 13,999 CNY respectively. The Ryzen 9 8945HX version reaches 131W and offers GPU options up to RTX 5070 (12 GB), RTX 5060 Ti (16 GB), or RTX 5060 (8 GB), priced at 10,599 CNY, 9,499 CNY, and 7,799 CNY.

It’s worth noting that Lenovo hasn’t really invested its time into Radeon GPUs, but it wouldn’t be true to say they didn’t have any Legion Radeon GPUs. On the contrary, they launched the RX 7600 and RX 6600 LE, both of which were low-end options. So today’s launch marks the first high-end release. Also, keep in mind Lenovo does not sell graphics cards separately, so if you stumble upon an offer of any Legion GPU, be aware it was likely removed form a full system.
