TEAMGROUP Introduces T-FORCE Z54E PCIe 5.0 SSD with Up to 14,900 MB/s Read Speeds

TEAMGROUP has announced its latest high-end storage drive, the T-FORCE Z54E PCIe 5.0 SSD, featuring read speeds of up to 14,900 MB/s and write speeds reaching 14,000 MB/s . The new model uses Phison’s E28 controller built on TSMC’s 6nm process and supports the NVMe 2.0 protocol. Each drive integrates an on-board DRAM cache for improved sustained performance and stability under heavy workloads.

The Z54E comes in 1TB, 2TB, and 4TB capacities, all using high-density 3D TLC NAND. The 4TB version offers up to 2400 TBW endurance, while the 2TB and 1TB models deliver 1200 TBW and 600 TBW respectively. TEAMGROUP includes an ultra-thin graphene heatsink, and users can also combine the SSD with the brand’s optional liquid or active cooling systems.
Built for next-generation gaming and workstation systems, the Z54E supports PCIe Gen5 x4 and offers compatibility with Windows, macOS, and Linux. TEAMGROUP emphasizes sustainable production, including halogen-free and recyclable packaging, while maintaining a 5-year limited warranty for all models.
