Colorful unveils RTX 5070 Ti BattleAx Borderlands 4 Edition at Gamescom Asia

Colorful has introduced a limited-edition RTX 5070 Ti BattleAx Borderlands 4 Edition, blending its budget-oriented BattleAx series with Gearbox’s signature style. The design features a yellow-and-black finish with spray-painted accents inspired by Pandora’s wastelands.

Previously, only the backplate was shown, but the Gamescom Asia showcase revealed the full front design. The card uses a custom  shroud and custom-colored fans, one of which is bright yellow (which we like) to match the Borderlands theme.

Since I couldn’t find a better picture than Colorful’s official one (above), I recreated the design using the original BattleAx to give you a better look at the front. Also included is the custom backplate:

Colorful has not confirmed whether this model will be available outside Asia, and for now, the showcase in Thailand appears to be its only appearance.

There is also no confirmation that the game itself will be bundled with the GPU. With Borderlands 4’s initial hype now behind us (was there any?), this edition may have arrived too late to capture much attention. Still, wouldn’t it be great if we got a full yellow and black design, you know, matching our site design?
