ASUS to Launch Limited Edition TUF RX 9070 XT Card Dedicated to Call of Duty Series
ASUS has confirmed a limited run of 1,000 units for its new Radeon RX 9070 XT TUF Gaming graphics card themed around Call of Duty: Black Ops 7.

AMD rarely receives custom designs from major board partners, many of whom already maintain extensive GeForce lineups. The good news is that ASUS remains an exception, and this latest special edition continues that trend.
The TUF Gaming Radeon RX 9070 XT Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Edition was created in collaboration with AMD and Activision. It features a Black Ops–inspired design with the Chimera logo and orange accents. Each unit will be bundled with a digital copy of the PC version of the game and distributed through select retailers worldwide.

Based on AMD’s RDNA 4 architecture, the RX 9070 XT includes 16GB of GDDR6 memory and supports AMD’s latest ML-powered FSR 4 upscaling technology. DisplayPort 2.1 outputs enable high-resolution, high-refresh-rate gaming. The card was first showcased at the Call of Duty NEXT press event in Las Vegas on September 30.
ASUS has equipped this model with a triple-fan Axial-tech cooler featuring 11-blade fans, wide aluminum backplate vents, and 0dB fan-stop technology for silent operation under light loads. A Dual BIOS switch allows users to toggle between performance and quiet modes, while GPU Tweak III software offers detailed control and monitoring.

The card also uses a phase-change GPU thermal pad instead of standard thermal paste. The pad liquefies under heat to fill microscopic gaps between the GPU and heatsink, improving heat transfer and longevity. Dual-ball fan bearings, a metal exoskeleton for rigidity, and ASUS’s Auto-Extreme manufacturing process ensure long-term reliability.
The Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 game launches on November 14. Official PC requirements have not yet been released, so it’s unclear how well the RX 9070 XT will perform in the title. Given AMD’s ongoing collaboration with Activision, this release could coincide with the introduction of AMD’s upcoming FSR “Redstone” update, following their earlier partnership on FSR 4.
