CORSAIR launches MP700 PRO XT and MP700 MICRO PCIe 5.0 SSDs, adds 4TB M.2 2242 model
CORSAIR has introduced two new high-end PCIe 5.0 SSDs: the MP700 PRO XT and the MP700 MICRO. The new lineup targets both desktop enthusiasts and compact systems, offering peak transfer speeds up to 14.9 GB/s and capacities up to 4 TB.
The MP700 PRO XT is CORSAIR’s fastest PCIe 5.0 M.2 drive to date, reaching sequential read speeds of up to 14,900 MB/s and write speeds up to 14,500 MB/s . It supports Microsoft DirectStorage for faster game load times and smoother asset streaming. The drive is available in 1 TB, 2 TB, and 4 TB capacities, designed for desktop and laptop platforms with PCIe 5.0 x4 support.

The MP700 MICRO is a smaller M.2 2242 model optimized for thin laptops and small form factor systems. It offers sequential read speeds of up to 10,000 MB/s and writes up to 8,500 MB/s , powered by high-density 3D TLC NAND. The compact design enables PCIe 5.0 performance in space-limited builds. The MICRO series ships in 2 TB and 4 TB options.
Both SSDs include CORSAIR’s SSD Toolbox software, feature a five-year warranty, and are now available through the company’s online store and global retailers.
