MINISFORUM spooks customers with price increase

Minisforum citing raw material costs as a reason for the price increase

MINISFORUM has issued a notice confirming a price adjustment effective November 4, 2025. The company cites higher global raw material costs as the reason for the change, which will apply to most products except barebone models or systems without DDR5 memory or SSD storage. While the increase is described as “slight,” no specific percentages or affected models have been detailed.

The timing of this move is interesting, as MINISFORUM is expected to launch several new systems soon, including the MS-S1 MAX , MS-S2 Ultra , and the G1/G7 Mini PC series . These models have been teased for months, and surprisingly, just before they ship, there’s a price increase.

📢 Notice of Upcoming Price Adjustment
Starting Nov 4, 2025 (PST), MINISFORUM will implement a slight price adjustment due to rising global raw material costs.

✅Barebone models and accessories will not be affected.

It’s worth keeping in mind that MINISFORUM often runs what appears to be a continuous “sale,” with most listings showing inflated base prices and discounted tags. That makes it difficult to estimate how the upcoming adjustment will translate into real-world pricing. Perhaps that was the goal.
