AMD Ryzen 5 7500X3D leaks on Geekbench
The CPU is expected to have a 100 MHz slower clock than 7600X3D.

AMD is preparing several new X3D CPUs for the AM5 socket. The list grows by the day, and we are trying to keep up with all the rumors and leaks, some of which originated at AMD. One such SKU was listed in the driver section, and it was the 6-core Ryzen 5 9600X3D. So far, no leaker has confirmed this SKU.
As we learned recently, the 9600X3D may not be the only 6-core CPU currently in development. The Ryzen 5 7500X3D randomly appeared at retailersβ sites, suggesting that this might soon become the cheapest X3D CPU for the AM5 socket. AMD already offers the 7600X3D, which comes with a 4.7 GHz boost clock and a 4.1 GHz base clock.

According to Geekbench, the 7500X3D would feature a 4.6 GHz boost and a 4.0 GHz base frequency, which means the new entry-level SKU would be 100 MHz slower.
Since the 7600X3D is not listed in the official ranking, it would not make much sense to compare this result, but it is safe to say that gamers should not see much of a downgrade from a 100 MHz slower clock. The 7600X3D is already a 65 W TDP variant, so AMD is unlikely to change that either.
While AMD has not commented on any of the new X3D SKUs, it is expected that most of them will be announced at the CES 2026 keynote. These options will include high-end dual X3D variants and low-end 6-core SKUs like this one.
