Sony cuts PS5 and PS5 Pro prices for Black Friday 2025
Sony has confirmed broad price cuts on PlayStation 5 hardware for Black Friday 2025, including discounts on standard PS5 consoles, PS5 Pro, and new Fortnite bundles. The promotion runs from November 21 for a limited time, with offers available through direct.playstation.com, PlayStation Store, PlayStation Gear, and participating retailers, depending on region.
The PS5 Digital Edition 825 GB – Fortnite Flowering Chaos Bundle will be offered at $399.99, while the PS5 Console 1 TB – Fortnite Flowering Chaos Bundle will be sold at $449.99. In select regions, Sony will also cut $100 from the price of PS5 consoles and PS5 Digital Edition consoles, and the PS5 Pro will receive a $100 discount as well. Both Fortnite bundles include 1,000 V-Bucks and PlayStation-exclusive in-game content.

Sony is also reducing prices on accessories. PlayStation VR2 is discounted by $100, PlayStation Portal by $20, Pulse Elite by $20, Pulse Explore by $30, DualSense Edge by $30, standard DualSense controllers by $20, and the Access controller by $20. Selected PS5 games such as Death Stranding 2: On the Beach , Lost Soul Aside , Astro Bot , and God of War Ragnarök are also discounted during the campaign.

PlayStation Plus is part of the promotion as well. New subscribers can save up to 33% on 12-month memberships, while existing members can save 33% when upgrading from Essential or Extra to Premium/Deluxe for the remaining duration of their current plan. Sony is also running discounts on movies through the Sony Pictures Core app and a 60% sitewide sale on PlayStation Gear, alongside up to 75% off on hundreds of digital games on PlayStation Store.
