AIDA64 gets first update for Core Ultra 200K Plus “Arrow Lake-Refresh”

Intel Core 200K with a Plus

Last week we shared the first and most likely final specs of the Arrow Lake Refresh. This update to the Core Ultra 200K family will add three SKUs, all of which are better than current models, at least on paper. As we reported previously, there is a minor change to clocks, up to 100 MHz on some SKUs, but at least two models get 4 extra Efficient cores.

It is hard to say whether this update will be convincing enough for potential buyers to even consider such SKUs for a new build. After all, the Refresh is still part of the same Arrow Lake family, which is now considered the last desktop lineup to use the LGA-1851 socket. Intel will switch to LGA-1954 within a year when Nova Lake-S is released.

AIDA64 Extreme (beta)
Version: 8.00.8026 beta (Nov 18, 2025)

Release notes:

  • identification of Intel Xeon 600 Series (aka Granite Rapids-WS)
  • Intel Processor Number detection for Core Ultra 5 250K Plus
  • Intel Processor Number detection for Core Ultra 7 270K Plus
  • Intel Processor Number detection for Core Ultra 9 290K Plus
  • motherboard specific sensor info for Asus Prime B650M-A AX6 II
  • fixed: HW Monitoring / time rollback issues (daylight saving time)

The reason we bring up Arrow Lake Refresh again is because AIDA64 has just been updated to support these SKUs. They confirm there are only three SKUs: 290K Plus, 270K Plus, and 250K Plus, and the naming matches what we shared earlier. Note it only says identification, so the devs are aware of the CPU IDs but they may not know all details yet. Still, I do not expect anything surprising here.

The latest beta build 8.00.8026 was released yesterday and it also brought support for Xeon 600 “Granite Ridge-WS”, which was also leaked. I’m not sure how the timing of the leaks is leading to such software updates, but there is clearly some kind of connection.

Intel has never confirmed release dates for Xeon 600 or Core Ultra 200K Plus, so keep in mind these updates arrive much sooner than Intel intended these names to be out in the public.
