Companies and brands are becoming increasingly more creative in the MagSafe accessories space. They are doing everything they can to find some sort of differentiator to really separate themselves from the pack. So when I got my hands on Kuxiu’s K1 Ultra, it was nice to see a product that was unique in both form and function. Here is what you should know!

Right away, the stood out to me due to its premium look and feel. It literally feels like the same materials used to make an iPhone. It is built from CNC-machined aluminum and features a beautiful frosted glass back, reminiscent of an iPhone. I also really like the text design approach. They placed all the device’s specs on the front, similar to how the brand Off-White brands their products. You can see the battery size, the Qi 2.2 standard, the wattage output, and everything else you need to know about it at a glance. The most unique part is that you can twist it, which gives a satisfying click, to unveil an Apple Watch charger.

The is relatively thick due to its 10,000mAh battery, but it’s not unmanageable. Still able to fit in your pocket, fanny pack, or small purse, no problem. The best part about this is that it can also act as a pass-through charger!

I primarily used this as a travel charger, but it also works in many other ways. Firstly, it’s great that I can charge all my devices without any issues, and I also don’t have to worry about battery capacity since the battery is so large. Their only had 5,000mAh, so I would still get some battery anxiety there. My iPhone attaches magnetically on the front, my Apple Watch flips onto the rotating charger, and your AirPods can charge on either pad. No cables needed.

Another nice perk is that it has a strong kickstand. The kickstand transforms this into a compact desk or nightstand charging station, as it supports pass-through charging. I can also use it to view content comfortably, and it even supports standby mode with your iPhone.

Overall, the K1 Ultra has impressed. It does everything you would want and need a portable Magsafe charger to do. It charges your iPhone at max speeds, can charge your AirPods and Apple Watch, acts as a portable stand or desk charger, and is built like an Apple product. What do you think?
