Sapphire PURE X870A WIFI7 motherboard pictured with white ATX layout

Images of Sapphire’s upcoming PURE X870A WIFI7 motherboard have appeared on X. The photos show a board that follows the same white, silver and grey styling as the existing PURE B850A model, but built around the X870 chipset.
The new leak lines up with earlier retailer listings that named the PURE X870A WIFI7 but did not provide any photos or detailed specifications. One French store lists the board at about 279 euro and marks it as out of stock, which suggests that distribution planning has started even though Sapphire has not announced the product.

The pictures show a full size ATX board with a matte white PCB, large silver heatsinks and glossy metal accents on the chipset and M.2 covers. There are four DDR5 DIMM slots and two 8 pin EPS power connectors at the top edge, matching the power layout used on the PURE B850A WiFi7 board.
For reference, here’s what the B850 PURE ATX board looks like:

Expansion wise, the PURE X870A layout in the photo includes two full length PCIe slots and a single PCIe x1 slot. The exact PCIe versions and lane configurations are not readable from the image, and Sapphire has not yet published a spec sheet for this model. Interestingly, the B850 version had three full-sized PCIe slots (1x 5.0×16 and two 4.0×16).

With this board, Sapphire appears to be preparing a full PURE stack on AM5 that mirrors its graphics card lines. PURE X870A WIFI7 would sit above the B850A and B650M PURE boards as the white X870 option for Ryzen 7000 to 9000 CPUs, pairing visually with PURE Radeon cards, while NITRO+ and PULSE continue to target other price tiers.
