The following are now considered obsolete:

• iPhone SE (first generation)
• iPad Pro 12.9-inch (second generation)
• Apple Watch Series 4 Hermes models
• Apple Watch Series 4 Nike models
• Beats Pill 2.0

The standard Apple Watch Series 4 is still listed with other vintage products, and is not yet obsolete. Only Hermes and Nike versions have been added to the obsolete list.

What does it mean for a product to be considered obsolete? :

Products are considered obsolete when Apple stopped distributing them for sale more than 7 years ago. Monster-branded Beats products are considered obsolete regardless of when they were purchased.

Apple discontinues all hardware service for obsolete products, and service providers cannot order parts for obsolete products. Mac laptops may be eligible for an extended battery-only repair period for up to 10 years from when the product was last distributed for sale, subject to parts availability.

Since a product becomes obsolete 7 years after it stops going on sale, rather than 7 years after it starts, occasionally certain models of a product will be obsolete while others are not.
