NVIDIA preparing SUPER refresh of their mobile GPUs

According to a known leaker, NVIDIA will launch its SUPER refresh early next year.

Leaker @greymon55 claims that NVIDIA will launch its SUPER RTX 30 series next year. This collaborates on a rumor that we have heard as well. It also aligns with the recent leak from Lenovo.

Last month a laptop roadmap from Lenovo has leaked featuring a ThinkPad X1 Extreme G4 gaming laptop. According to this roadmap, this laptop would feature RTX 3070 SUPER or RTX 3080 SUPER graphics cards. Both of those GPUs are currently unavailable.

The specifications of the RTX 30 SUPER series are currently unknown, however, memory configurations were revealed by Lenovo to some extent. It would appear that RTX 30 SUPER will retain the same memory sizes as GA104 based models, which is either 8GB or 16GB of GDDR6 memory.

The current version of RTX 3080 Laptop GPU already features the full GA104, which raises a question about what could possibly RTX 3080 SUPER Laptop GPU have. This is where GA103 rumors come in, a GPU that was first teased by @kopite7kimi . The status of this GPU is unclear, as the leaker himself speculated that it could have been canceled at some point. The new rumors of RTX 30 SPER refresh suggest that might not be the case. The GA103 GPU would feature more CUDA cores and would primarily be focusing on mobile GPUs.
