Palit has Borderlands 4-themed custom GPUs, but they are giving away a normal one
Palit has announced a new giveaway tied to its Maker program. If you missed earlier coverage, Palit lets users customize certain graphics cards using officially provided 3D models for its cooler designs. Not every model is included (the program currently targets GamingPro, Dual, and White series cards), but it still offers more official 3D-print support than most brands.
The idea is simple: Palit provides official design files you can modify and 3D print for your own card. You can attach custom parts to the heatsink and paint them, and Palit says this will not void your warranty. If a mod blocks the fans or hurts airflow, the practicality is debatable, but that is not the point.

As far as we know, no other GPU vendor provides official 3D models for its cooler designs. Community-made files are common, though, and they can be useful once a card is out of warranty. If a shroud breaks or a fan mount fails, printing or ordering a replacement part can keep the card usable.
For this giveaway, Palit commissioned three creators to produce custom variants of its GeForce RTX 5070 GamingPro design. Each creator shared their build on social media. The company is giving away a card to participants who vote, but the prize GPU is a standard RTX 5070 GamingPro, not one of the custom modded cards shown in the promotion.

There are three designs, and entry is based on leaving a comment under the video you like. Prizes include an RTX 5070 GamingPro (without mods), Borderlands 4, and T-shirts.
The Borderlands 4 tie-in also feels mismatched. From what I can see, it is not pulling big numbers on Steam, with peaks around 11,000 players.
