AORUS Gaming BOX now offered with RTX 3080 Ti

Gigabyte extends its offer of GPU enclosures with a preinstalled GeForce RTX 3080 Ti.

The latest Gaming BOX with a product code of GV-N308TIXEB-12GD is equipped with the latest installment in the NVIDIA GA102 series, the RTX 3080 Ti. Gigabyte already offers RTX 3090 box as well as two RTX 3080 Gaming Boxes, the latter was recently upgraded with an LHR variant.

The RTX 3080 Ti AORUS Gaming Box offers the same type of connectivity and cooling solution as RTX3090 and RTX 3080 enclosures. The graphics card is connected through a Thunderbolt 3 connector and offers expanded USB and Ethernet connectivity.

AORUS Gaming Box is equipped with an all-in-one cooling solution with a 240mm radiator. The radiator is attached to two 120mm fans with double bearings. The pump is located right on top of a large copper base for GPU, VRAM, and MOSFETs.

The enclosure has three DisplayPort 1.4 and two HDMI 2.1 ports. The Thunderbolt 3 cable can also transmit power to the laptop through USB PD protocol, but make no mistake, promotional materials show the AERO 15 laptop, which surprisingly has no support for USB Type-C charging.

The RTX 3080 Ti in this Gaming Box is not factory-overclocked, the boost clock remains at 1665 MHz. This product is not only targeted at gamers but also at content creators and professionals seeking to boost their GPU-accelerated software.

The product is not yet listed by global retailers, but some confirm that they ordered the cards from Gigabyte. However, they are unable to provide an estimated shipping date or price.
