Samsung launches Exynos 2600, should feature AMD iGPU
Samsung has published the Exynos 2600 product page, listing the chip as “mass production” and positioning it as its first 2nm GAA mobile processor.

On the CPU side, Exynos 2600 is a 10-core design built around Arm v9.3 and Arm’s C1 Ultra and C1 Pro cores. Samsung lists a 1+3+6 layout, with a 3.8 GHz prime core, three cores up to 3.25 GHz, and six cores up to 2.75 GHz. Samsung also claims up to 39% higher CPU performance and improved power efficiency versus Exynos 2500 in internal testing.
Gaming is where Samsung is drawing the clearest line. Exynos 2600 uses the Xclipse 960 GPU and adds Exynos Neural Super Sampling (ENSS ), which Samsung describes as AI resolution upscaling plus frame generation. Samsung says the new GPU architecture doubles compute performance over its predecessor and improves ray tracing performance by up to 50%, with ENSS intended to keep frame rates higher under tighter power limits.

For on device AI, Samsung lists an AI engine with a 32K MAC NPU and claims generative AI performance is up by 113% versus the prior chip. Samsung also calls out virtualization security and hardware backed hybrid post quantum cryptography support.
The imaging and media block is also fleshed out. Samsung says the ISP can use an AI Visual Perception System (VPS) and Deep learning Video Noise Reduction (DVNR), and it lists support for up to 320MP sensors plus the APV codec. The spec table also names LPDDR5X memory, UFS 4.1 storage, and 4K or WQUXGA output at 120 Hz.
One rumor worth flagging is the “AMD JUNO” label. Leaker Ice Universe posted that Exynos 2600’s GPU is “AMD JUNO” at 985 MHz, and some reports interpret JUNO as an internal codename that maps to the retail “Xclipse 960” name. Samsung does not use “JUNO” anywhere on its Exynos 2600 page, so treat it as a leak until Samsung says otherwise. The idea itself fits the long running Samsung and AMD graphics IP licensing deal, which Samsung has previously described as spanning multiple generations of AMD Radeon graphics for Exynos. However, at least for Exynos 2600, Samsung has not confirmed that Exclipse uses AMD architecture.
