ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDM3 features Black Shield film and DisplayPort 2.1 UBHR20

ASUS has published details for the ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDM Gen 3, a 32-inch 4K QD-OLED gaming monitor aimed at the 2026 lineup. It keeps a 240Hz refresh rate and a 0.03ms (min. GTG) response time.

The main change is a new BlackShield Film layer , designed to keep blacks darker in bright rooms and cut the “purple tint” effect some QD-OLED panels can show under strong ambient light. ASUS says the film can improve black levels in brighter lighting by up to 40%, and pairs it with an anti-reflection coating. The company also claims up to 2.5x higher scratch resistance versus prior designs, aimed at easier cleaning and day to day use.

For connectivity, the PG32UCDM Gen 3 adds DisplayPort 2.1 UHBR20 support alongside HDMI 2.1, plus USB-C with 90W power delivery. HDR support includes Dolby Vision and VESA DisplayHDR 500 True Black , which is a step up from the DisplayHDR 400 True Black rating listed for earlier PG32UCDM variants. ASUS also lists NVIDIA G-SYNC compatibility for smoother motion with reduced tearing.

Extra features include a built-in KVM switch, a tripod socket for a camera, and ASUS OLED Care options managed through the DisplayWidget Center app (including firmware updates).
