EVGA DARK motherboard with AMD X570 chipset teased

EVGA X570S Dark motherboard teased by Vince Lucido

Vince Lucido “Kingpin” has published the first photograph of the AMD motherboard for Ryzen CPUs manufactured by EVGA.

Nearly 5 years since AMD introduced its first motherboard with an AM4 socket, EVGA has finally decided to join a long list of manufacturers already offering a range of motherboards for this socket. It is currently expected that AMD will launch its AM5 socket next year, thus the appearance of enthusiast-class EVGA Dark motherboard is actually quite surprising at this point.

Last week EVGA posted a short 9-second clip that featured AMD Ryzen as well as the EVGA Dark logo. A new photograph published by Vince possibly likely means that the launch of the EVGAxAMD Dark motherboard is imminent. However, neither EVGA nor Kingpin have confirmed the launch dates for this product.

Despite announcing its Z590 Dark model nearly 6 months ago, the ultra-premium motherboard for Intel CPUs is still not available. Judging by the component and soldering points on the back, both motherboards appear to share a lot in terms of power delivery and layout of the connectors though.
