Inno3D launches its first white iChill graphics card

INNO3D has added two GeForce RTX 5060 cards to its iCHILL lineup: the black RTX 5060 Super iCHILL and the all-white RTX 5060 iCHILL X3 WHITE. The white model is the brand’s first all-white iCHILL card in its RTX 50 series. Currently the company only offers Twin and X3 white models, which are entry- and mid-level compared to flagship iChill series.
Both cards share the same core configuration and clocks. INNO3D lists a 2,280MHz base clock and 2,580MHz boost clock for each, along with a 155W TDP.

On the spec sheet, both iCHILL RTX 5060 variants ship with 3,840 CUDA cores and 8GB of GDDR7 on a 128-bit bus, rated at 28Gbps for 448GB/s of bandwidth. Cooling is the same, too. INNO3D uses a triple-fan setup with 88mm ring-blade fans, a full-cover copper base, three 6mm heatpipes (903mm total length), and a metal backplate.
It also features this tiny PCB design with a hole cut directly behind the middle fan, if the backplate had more holes, it would be a double flow through design.

For power and I/O, both cards use a single 8-pin connector and list a 500W system PSU recommendation. Dimensions are 290 x 122 x 58mm (three-slot), with 1x HDMI 2.1b and 3x DP 2.1b, plus HDCP 2.3 and up to 7680 x 4320 output.
Currently, Inno3D only lists the new RTX 5060 iChill models in China, there’s no sign of it on international website.
