HP HyperX Omen gaming monitors
Windows Latest sources say that these are ‘the best gaming monitors HP has ever created’.
HyperX is preparing a new OMEN OLED monitor lineup for CES 2026, with three models detailed so far: OMEN OLED 34, OMEN OLED 27qs, and OMEN OLED 27q. Interestingly, Windows Latest does not mention resolutions for any of these monitors, which is why we won’t try to guess either.
The OMEN OLED 34 is listed as a 34-inch ultrawide with a 360Hz refresh rate and a 0.03ms response time. It also includes HyperX ProLuma Display with “Professional-Grade Color Accuracy” and V-Stripe Technology, which appears to be a proprietary sub-pixel layout. HDR support is listed as VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500. HP is also listing customizable aRGB lighting and HyperX OLED Core Protect.

The OMEN OLED 27qs targets high refresh. It is listed at 500Hz with a 0.03ms response time. It keeps the ProLuma Display branding and carries VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500. Color gamut is listed as at least sRGB 99%, DCI-P3 99%, and 98% Adobe RGB. Customizable aRGB lighting is also mentioned.

The OMEN OLED 27q sits below the 27qs on refresh rate, with 240Hz and the same 0.03ms response time. Color coverage is listed at 99% sRGB and 99% DCI-P3, with factory color calibration. This model also calls out ergonomics, including swivel, pivot, tilt, and height adjustment. HyperX OLED Core Protect is listed here as well.
There is also a fourth display name mentioned, HyperX OMEN 24, but no specs were provided beyond an image. If HP presents these at CES 2026, the spec sheet suggests a push toward OLED across multiple price tiers, with higher refresh options and HDR True Black support on the faster ProLuma models.
