AORUS & AERO laptop now cheaper in Europe
GIGABYTE has launched a laptop cashback promo across Europe, with refunds up to €400 on select AORUS and GIGABYTE models. The purchase window runs December 22, 2025 to January 18, 2026, and claims open January 5, 2026 to February 15, 2026.
Eligible models and headline cashback amounts (Eurozone pricing) are: AORUS MASTER 18 (€400), AORUS MASTER 16 (€300), AORUS ELITE 16 (€200), GIGABYTE GAMING A16 PRO (€200), GIGABYTE AERO X16 (€150), GIGABYTE GAMING A18 (€120), and GIGABYTE GAMING A16 (€100). The last one is AMD CPU models only, and Intel CPU models are excluded.
To claim the cashback, buyers need an AORUS account, then wait 14 days after purchase before submitting a claim. Claims require proof of purchase and a photo of the laptop serial number, and GIGABYTE says the payout is made by bank transfer within 30 days after the claim is confirmed. Only one claim per person or household is allowed, and the promo is processed in submission order while allocation lasts.
Speaking from personal experience, I don’t think there’s any money that would convince me to buy Gigabyte laptop. My AERO was pretty much abandoned less than a year after launch.
The timing also lines up with Intel’s planned Core Ultra 300 “Panther Lake” showcase at CES 2026 on January 5, 2026, so this could be a push to move current inventory before new models are announced.
