China’s Lisuan begins shipping 6nm 7G100 GPUs to early customers

Lisuan Tech GPUs now shipping

Lisuan Technology’s 6nm “7G100” GPUs are now being described as more than a launch event slide. A report from Chinese outlet Jiemian News says the company has completed its first batch of customer deliveries, with the chips already deployed in the digital twin space.

The same report says 7G100 entered mass production on September 15, 2025, using TSMC’s 6nm node. It also claims at least some customers have received smaller batches and started deployments. We have not seen any confirmation on that yet.

On December 29, Jiemian News learned from the industry chain that Lisuan Technology, a GPU manufacturer controlled by Dongxin Semiconductor, has recently completed the first batch of orders for its self-developed GPU chips. The customers for this delivery are companies related to the digital twin field.

Lisuan publicly introduced the 7G100 family earlier this year under its “TrueGPU” branding, positioning it as a fully self-developed graphics stack. The presentation, while never officially translated into English, looked promising. The company demonstrated gaming capability using modern graphics APIs, suggesting the 6nm GPUs are aimed not only at integrators and data centers, but also at consumer and gaming use.

The 7G105 is a professional GPU with 24GB GDDR6 memory. The gaming variant has 12GB memory and it should be compatible with DirectX12, Vulkan 1.3 and other APIs.

What the original report is lacking is information on which variant specifically is shipping to customers. Certainly, if it were the gaming variant, we would have seen some reports by now.
