Welcome to the first full week of 2026 and we kick off the week with a survival horror game where you have to save a town from a plague as this week's major release. If that's not your thing, then we have a co-op game in a desert world, an alien world base building game, an MMORPG set in an alternative Viking age, some old time farming back in the days of Egypt and finally a team based shooter where you can cloak. Not the worst start we've had to the new year when it comes to game releases, but keep in mind that CES kicks off next week as well, so you might be too busy reading news here on TPU to have time for games.
