NVIDIA GeForce 591.67 hotfix driver released
NVIDIA has posted GeForce Hotfix Display Driver 591.67. The release is meant to ship a small set of fixes ahead of the next WHQL driver.
The hotfix addresses three issues. One fix targets slight banding on SDR gradients. Another resolves a bug where Digital Vibrance changes do not apply correctly. The third fix restores the ability to disable the notification tray icon toggle inside NVIDIA Control Panel.
NVIDIA says 591.67 is based on Game Ready Driver 591.59 , and the hotfix is optional and beta. The download is listed for Windows 10 x64 and Windows 11 x64 on NVIDIA’s support site.
This hotfix addresses the following:
- Slight banding may be observed on gradients in SDR color mode [5720512]
- Colors are not applied correctly when using Digital Vibrance [5718365]
- Unable to deselect “Show Notification Tray Icon” from NVIDIA Control Panel [5622213]
