Netgear Unveils Portable Wi-Fi 7 Router with 10 Hours of Battery

At CES 2026 in Las Vegas, Netgear has introduced its latest portable Wi-Fi 7 solutions that closely resemble a smartphone in shape and size. Called the Nighthawk 5G M7 Mobile Hotspot, the solution offers the flexibility of importing a SIM and an eSIM card into the device, potentially allowing it to accept multiple internet providers, which is especially handy when traveling through many countries. The device can connect up to 32 external connections to its Wi-Fi 7 speed of up to 3.6 Gbps. With an active battery life of 10 hours, it will be more than enough to last through a few quick working sessions on the go. For charging, the USB-C does the work so you don't need a different power input for this device alone.
