DLSS Swapper updated for DLSS 4.5 new profiles

DLSS Swapper is a small utility that lets you swap upscaler DLLs on a per-game basis, so you can test newer or older versions without waiting for game updates. It’s worth remembering that despite the name, it also handles AMD FSR and Intel XeSS, so one tool can manage multiple upscalers across your library. That still matters when games ship with outdated DLLs, or when you want consistent behavior across titles.
DLSS updates
Added DLSS 4.5 (v310.5) as well as added support for presets L/M. Global presets do not appear to work for L/M. This may be a NVIDIA driver bug.
Changelog (v1.2.3.0)
- Added preset L and M
- Improved persistence of main window position/size/state
- Added XeSS DX11 support
- Fixed BattleNet covers loading
- Reduced number of build warnings
- Moved manifest.json to be in dlss-swapper repository to see if it helps with loading issues.
Changelog (v1.2.3.1)
- Fixed GameAsset enums to maintain original compatability.
The main change is preset L and preset M support for DLSS 4.5. The developer says global presets do not work with L and M right now, and he points to an NVIDIA side issue, likely a driver bug. If you rely on a single global preset for all games, this release may still require per game preset selection until NVIDIA resolves it. You can read more about DLSS 4.5 profiles in previous article .
This build also adds XeSS DX11 DLL support and includes several quality fixes, like Battle.net cover loading and better window position persistence. The developer also called out what is not here yet: no FSR4 update in this release , with FSR4 work and a planned “DLL Sets” feature continuing toward v1.2.4.
