ONEXGPU 3 (RX9070XT) has the same TBP as ONEXGPU 2 (RX7800M)
ONEXPLAYER is teasing ONEXGPU 3 at CES 2026, and the show-floor spec card adds a few key details. The company is moving away from the earlier ONEXGPU models that used RDNA 3 mobile GPUs like Radeon RX 7600M XT and Radeon RX 7800M.
The CES placard lists AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT inside ONEXGPU 3, with TDP up to 180 W . Memory is shown as 16 GB GDDR6 on a 256-bit bus, rated at 20 Gbps , plus 64 MB AMD Infinity Cache. In other words, yes, this is desktop GPU with power limited from 305W to 180W.
For connectivity, ONEXGPU 3 lists OCuLink and USB-C 4.0 (40 Gbps, with external adapter) as the GPU interface. It does not mention USB4v2 mind you. The I/O list includes 2x USB 3.2, RJ45 (1 Gb Ethernet), and 1x Type-C. Display support is listed as up to three displays.

One change versus the earlier ONEXGPU direction is expansion. The placard does not list an M.2 slot, unlike prior ONEXGPU designs. If I were to guess, ONEXPLAYER may have used that internal space to improve cooling for a higher-power GPU.
Physically, ONEXGPU 3 is listed at 243 × 105 × 74.8 mm , which keeps it in the same size class as ONEXGPU 2 even though ONEXGPU 2 uses a Navi 32-based Radeon RX 7800M.
ONEXPLAYER still has not shared full enclosure details beyond this placard, and there is no price or release date yet.
