ASRock Industrial announces NUC Ultra 300 BOX and NUCS Ultra 300 BOX mini PCs with Intel Core Ultra Series 3, up to 180 TOPS
ASRock Industrial has announced its NUC(S) Ultra 300 BOX Series mini PCs, based on Intel Core Ultra processors (Series 3). The company is positioning the lineup around local AI workloads, citing up to 180 TOPS of AI inferencing with up to 16 CPU cores, Xe3 graphics, and an NPU 5.0 block.
On the memory side, the systems support up to 128GB of DDR5-7200 via two SO-DIMM slots. Storage includes two M.2 Key M slots, listed as one Gen5 x4 slot and one Gen4 x4 slot, with Intel VMD RAID 0/1 support.
Display output is specced for up to four 8K displays. ASRock Industrial lists HDMI 2.1 TMDS, plus DisplayPort 2.1 via USB4 and DisplayPort 1.4a via USB Type-C.
Connectivity depends on the model. The NUC Ultra 300 BOX includes one USB4/Thunderbolt 4 port, four USB 3.2 Gen2 ports, and dual Intel 2.5GbE LAN. The slimmer NUCS Ultra 300 BOX lists one USB4/Thunderbolt 4, five USB 3.2 Gen2 ports, and a single Intel 2.5GbE LAN, plus Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 across the series.
Both chassis options share the same 117.5 x 110.0mm footprint, with 49mm height for the NUC Ultra 300 BOX Series and 38mm height for the slim NUCS Ultra 300 BOX Series. ASRock Industrial did not share pricing or an availability window in the announcement.
