Qualcomm releases new Adreno drivers (not for X2 series)
In the release notes, Qualcomm calls out stability and image quality work for Fortnite, Overwatch 2, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Final Fantasy XV, and Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End. It also lists performance updates for Zenless Zone Zero and Hollow Knight: Silksong, plus stability and performance work for Adobe Photoshop.
This driver does not mention Snapdragon X2 support. Snapdragon X2 laptops have already been shown for CES 2026, with systems expected around spring 2026, and Microsoft is lining up Windows 11 26H1 for Snapdragon X2 devices in that same window.
That timing is the clearest marker for when the next driver branch should land. I really hope Qualcomm has read some feedback and they do plan to release more driver updates moving forward.
