AYANEO AM03 mini PC gets a retro console-style shell with a flip-open front panel
AYANEO has launched the AM03, a compact mini PC that borrows cues from older game consoles. The chassis has top-mounted buttons, a curved RGB light strip, and a front I/O cover that flips open when ports are needed.
Inside is Intel Core i9-12900H, a 45W mobile CPU with 14 cores and 20 threads. Graphics comes from Intel Iris Xe, so this is aimed at general desktop use, media, and lighter gaming rather than modern iGPU class leaders shown at CES 2026.

AYANEO lists support for up to 64GB of dual-channel DDR4-3200 memory. Storage is split across two M.2 2280 slots, with one PCIe 4.0 x4 slot and one PCIe 3.0 x4 slot, for up to 8TB total. Cooling uses dual aluminum heat pipes and an active fan.
The flip-open front panel hides a USB-C port with video, charging, and data support, plus a 3.5mm jack and two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports. The rear adds two 2.5GbE LAN ports, DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.1, USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, USB 2.0 Type-A, and DC power input. The case also includes stereo speakers and five top buttons, including lighting and mute controls, plus two programmable keys via AYASpace.

Pricing starts at $399 for the barebones model in early-bird stock, or $499 at retail. A 16GB RAM plus 512GB SSD configuration is listed at $499 early-bird, rising to $599 at retail, with Cyan Sky and Ink Shadow color options.
