Forza Horizon 6 minimum PC specs list Intel Arc B390, the Xe3 iGPU
Forza Horizon 6 now lists Intel Arc A380 / Arc B390 as a minimum GPU on the Steam page. That puts Arc B390 iGPU systems on the official minimum-spec list.
Arc B390 is Intel’s branding for the top Xe3 iGPU configuration in Panther Lake laptops. Intel has described Arc B390 as a 12 Xe3 core iGPU on its high-end Panther Lake parts.
The rest of the minimum requirements are also entry-level by current standards. The Steam page lists Windows 10 22H2, an Intel i5-8400 or AMD Ryzen 5 1600, and 16GB of RAM. It also calls for DirectX 12, a broadband connection, and an SSD.

Forza Support says only the minimum PC requirements are public for now, with finalized PC specs coming closer to launch. The same FAQ also confirms PC features like ray tracing, uncapped framerates, and upscaling support across NVIDIA DLSS, AMD FSR, and XeSS. The exact version for each of the upscaling/framegen technologies is not yet confirmed, however given the strong presence of Arc GPUs, it is safe to assume XeSS3 will be added.
