GMKtec Launches NucBox G3 Pro Mini PC with Intel Core i3

GMKtec has introduced the NucBox G3 Pro mini PC built around Intel's 10th Gen Core i3-10110U processor. The system targets everyday productivity and home use in a small 114 × 106 × 44 mm chassis weighing around 280 grams. The Core i3-10110U features 2 cores and 4 threads, with a base clock of 2.1 GHz and up to 4.1 GHz boost, alongside 4 MB of cache, and is suited for light everyday tasks or for a home NAS device. GMKtec lists configurable power profiles ranging from 8 W (silent mode) to 15 W (performance mode), cooled by a single-fan, single heat pipe design. Graphics are handled by Intel UHD Graphics. For memory, the device features two SO-DIMM slots for up to 64 GB DDR4 (32 GB ×2). The GMKtec NucBox G3 Pro offers dual M.2 slots supporting up to 8 TB. Pre-configured models are available with up to 16 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD.

For connectivity, the NucBox G3 Pro offers dual HDMI 1.4 outputs supporting dual-display operation (up to 4K at 24 Hz), Wi-Fi 6 (RTL8852BE), Bluetooth 5.2, and a 2.5 GbE LAN port based on Intel's i226 controller. I/O includes four USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, a 3.5 mm audio jack, DC input, a reset button, and a security lock slot. Pricing starts at $169.99 for the barebone configuration (no memory, storage, or OS), down from a listed MSRP of $309.99. An 8 GB + 256 GB model is available for $239.99, while the 16 GB + 512 GB variant is priced at $299.99.
