GPU-Z 2.69.0 adds RTX 5090 D V2 support and expands GPU and APU detection

TechPowerUp has released GPU-Z v2.69.0 (February 13, 2026). The update adds support for a long list of new NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, and Moore Threads hardware IDs, plus several detection fixes.

On the NVIDIA side, GPU-Z now supports GeForce RTX 5090 D V2, GeForce RTX 3050 A Mobile, and multiple RTX Pro Blackwell parts including RTX Pro 5000, 4500, 4000, 4000 SFF, 5000 Mobile, 5000 Embedded, 2000, 1000, and 500. It also adds new IDs for Quadro P1000, Quadro P2000, and RTX 6000.

AMD additions include Radeon RX 7400, Ryzen AI 5 330 with Radeon 820M, Radeon Pro W6600X, Radeon Pro W7800, and Radeon Pro V710, alongside various fixes and improvements for AMD Strix Halo. Intel changes include added support for Arrow Lake H, Arc A380E, and Arc A310E, plus fixes for shader count detection on some unknown AMD and Intel APUs. The release also fixes wrong clock speeds, ReBAR detection, and improves stability for Intel DG1, addresses OpenCL detection on some AMD devices, fixes a crash on unknown AMD GPUs, and improves kernel-mode driver stability.
