401公路高速撞上施工告示　22歲電單車手當場身亡

【星島綜合報道】皮克靈（Pickering）401號公路周六（15日）凌晨發生奪命電單車意外，一名22歲士嘉堡（Scarborough）男子不治身亡。

安省省警表示，意外於凌晨約2時25分發生在401號公路西行線Brock Road及Westney Road之間路段。
