Finally we have a new shipment date for the Sony FX5. It’s September 15 according to Adorama (Click here) . The original US shipment date was August 18.
So 28 days later…like the zombie movie …let’s hope this one has better ending :)

I am sure this happened to some of you in the past. My MacBook Pro suddenly died, and I have to buy a new one. While checking for some refurbished models, I noticed how crazy expensive the prices now are. In 2021 I got my laptop with 64GB RAM, and now I have to pay 1,100 Euro extra just to get the same amount of RAM.

Yes, folks! Over the past few days, I also received messages about possible delays on the Sony FX5 shipment start. Here is an example:
Just got on the call with the biggest Camerastore in the Netherlands and they had a delay with shipments with the FX5… It was something to do with quality control. Kamera-Express ( the store) said that they don’t know how long the delay is going to be. It could take weeks.
But so far, no store has moved forward
