NVIDIA to announce Atlan SoC

We received a render of the upcoming NVIDIA system on a chip.

Unfortunately, no description was provided along with the picture so we are not entirely sure about the specifications. What we do know is that NVIDIA Atlan is the next-generation SoC for the automobile industry. It seems that NVIDIA is still using names from the Aquaman franchise. PC shipments increased by 55% in Q1, despite chip shortages

Linux Support on Apple's M1 Macs Set to Arrive via New Kernel (Update)

Update, 4/9/21, 10:30 a.m. PT: Asahi Linux announced that its pull request was merged, which means initial support for the M1 chip is officially set to arrive with the Linux 5.13 kernel.

It also clarified that this "only includes support for a serial console and framebuffer at this point, and no other drivers" because it "follows an upstream-first philosophy" meant to lead to higher quality code
