I got a totally wild rumor about a possible new Sony 200mm GM lens. It would compete with the Sigma 200mm f/2.0 and the Laowa 200mm f/2.0 . The new source didn’t tell me what aperture this lens has. I am skeptical about this but I hope trusted sources can give me some feedback through the contact form or my email [email protected] .

What’s likely to be announced in May:

• Sony A7rVI (67MP, new body)
• Sony 100-400mm f/4.0 GM

Lenses I know are on the roadmap but I am not sure they are coming in May along the A7rVI

• Sony 16-28mm f/2.0 GM
• Sony 100-400mm G (variable aperture)

Totally wild rumor:

• 200mm GM
