Last month E8M reported that Sony has two more Sony cameras registered in China. One is a a FX model (likely FX3 successor) and one is an entry-mid level model. Could be a ZV, RX or and APS-C E-mount camera. The latest info found inside the official registration is that this last model uses the same “old” Sony NPFZ100 battery and not the new Sony NP-SA100 battery launched along the Sony A7rVI .
The FZ100 battery is not used in the RX100 series or the entry-level ZV models. However, a ZV-E1 II, an A6900, or an APS-C RX camera would certainly be large enough to accommodate this battery.
I think we will soon learn more details about what camera we will get ;)
