If you follow the usual suspects on Instagram, you’ll notice that many Sony testers and YouTubers are currently attending a sports event in the USA. Unsurprisingly, they are being very careful not to reveal any details about the gear they are testing.

So far, I have no solid evidence about which camera or lens might be involved. We know that Sony has three unreleased cameras registered, one of which is almost certainly the FX3 II. Could this be an early test of a new A6900?

Of course, there’s also a chance that they are testing a new lens—or even gear from a completely different manufacturer.

Hopefully, some trusted sources will be able to share more information once they return from the event!
