Mark the date folks! The Sony FX5 is rumored to be announced on July 22 at 3pm London time. I will have a live blogging and live video stream so that you can follow the exciting announcement live!

I also spoke with some early testers, and they all say that while this camera is a bit… expensive, it is also a far superior cine camera compared to the FX3. It offers superb internal 4K recording capabilities in a body that is only barely bigger than the FX3.
