Asobinet reports the lens has been discontinued in Japan. You can still find it in Stock at Amazon US&EU and BHphoto . But I guess this won’t last long.

Some fun: My new f/0.3 lens arrived today! Sony will announce the new 300mm f/2.8 GM and probably the Sony A9III on November 7/8
