Those 24-70mm f/2.0 specs are FAKE

If you happen to read those info…know those are completely MADE UP. The same site also still show the wrong Sigma 50mm 1.2 image (with 77mm marking and I told you it has 72mm filter!) and also wrong Nikon 28-400mm aperture info (f/3-5-5.6 but I told you it has 4.0-8.0) and so forth. They have a history of making up stuff and next week when Sigma will announce the 50mm you will have a direct proof he made traffic with a clickbait wrong image :)

So I repeat that 24-70mm f/2.0 info you see now is FAKE :

  • Weight: 1,145g
  • Compact design with extensive use of lightweight materials
  • Not suitable for video users as it does not have image stabilization and is not perfocal.
  • Vignetting and chromatic aberration are well suppressed
  • High resolution in the center
  • Spherical aberration correction is insufficient, resulting in overall soft and detailed image quality

What’s real is that Sony will have an announcement on April 16/17 and that we will get the 16-25mm f/2.8 G. But that they don’t tell you because they don’t have a clue about “real rumors”…so as usual they will copy me without to credit me days after reading my rumor and credit “Weibo” as usual …just to avoid mentioning me. Hey, that’s how they choose to fool you because they don’t care ;)

Here is the same website showing the FAKE Sigma image:
