This is a new leaked image of the upcoming . The image has been leaked by Mike on Reddit . Sony will announce the lens on August 28 at 3pm London time. It will be a tiny bot smaller and lighter than the old 85mm GM . You can see it uses the ALC-SH180 lens hood which was made for the Sony FE 85mm f/1.8 . So it looks like the new GMII will use a 67mm filter thread instead of the 77mm of the old GM.

Compared to the old lens the new version has an additional customizable button and aperture markings that are now below the aperture ring. The image quality is said to be way improved over the seven year old predecessor.

I am 99% certain there is no other new Alpha camera or lens that will be announced on August 28. Next Sony announcement should follow soon in early September before the IBC show start .
